Ingredients:
4 (120 g) tilapia fillets
2 tablespoons seasoning mixture
1 serving olive oil for cooking
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 1/2 tablespoons low fat mayonnaise
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
1/8 teaspoon dried basil
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon dried celery
Cooking:
Preheat the oven and place the rack about 15 cm away from the heat source.
Cover the baking dish or baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Lubricate the mold with olive oil.
Sprinkle tilapia fillets with a seasoning mixture and put on a prepared baking dish.
Combine the parmesan cheese, butter, low fat mayonnaise, lemon juice, lemon zest, basil, black pepper, onion powder, salt and celery together in a bowl and set aside.
