To cook pork rolls for a hot snack you will need:
600 - 700 g of lean pork pulp

packaging of finished puff pastry from 2 layers
oil
3 tbsp. l sesame seeds
How to cook:
1. Wash pork, blot, cut into slices. Put slices in a single layer in new plastic bags and carefully beat off to keep intact.
2. Sprinkle meat with salt, pepper and fresh herbs.
3. Separate the layers of thawed dough from one another and roll them into cakes of the same size quite thinly. Spread one layer with oil, preferably a thin layer of cream, slightly salt with a little salt and lightly season with pepper. Put on top and easily press the second layer.
4. On the prepared dough, put the meat in an even layer without gaps.
5. Roll the pork dough into a tight roll.
6. Cut the roll into portions, 2-3 cm long.
7. Put each slice on a baking sheet greased with butter or margarine, sprinkle the top surface with sesame seeds. Bake at 180 ° C 40 - 45 min. So that the dough does not dry out, and the meat is well baked, put a small container of water down the oven.
8. The taste of the roll can be changed. To do this, put any stuffing on the meat, for example, a mixture of grated cheese with an egg, fried onions, chopped bell peppers or fried mushrooms.
