Fancy pancakes with a liver. How to cook? Recipe.
There is probably no person who does not like pancakes. Moreover, despite the simplicity of the recipe, each housewife adds something from her own taste.
Someone likes pancakes with sweet cream, others traditional with caviar and cream. Indeed, most often this dish is different in filling from its counterparts.
But sometimes some craftswomen come up with a mixture of filling with dough. Thus, a completely different dish is invented.
Unusual recipes are born, but pancakes remain pancakes, only new taste and aroma appear.
So are pancakes with a liver. A simple recipe with familiar ingredients. You need to mix kefir (0.5 l), salt and soda (take a pinch), sugar (2 tablespoons), 1 egg, flour.
Knead the dough as a fritters. Grind the liver (preferably pork, 0.5 kg) in a meat grinder and add to the dough.
A rather thick mass came out. Dilute it with milk to get the same consistency as pancake dough.
Pancakes are fried. Lubricated (cream, butter, mayonnaise) and stacked one on top of the other. You can serve each pancake separately, or you can cut it like a pie and treat guests.
It is possible that in these pancakes you can put a filling. They turn out to be a bit sweet, so spicy herbs, dill and parsley are best.
