How to cook chicken and mushroom lasagna. Recipe.
Such an Italian dish as lasagna is unlikely to leave anyone indifferent, as it is a very aromatic, tender and satisfying dish. At the same time, the recipe for lasagna is not complicated, so you can safely cook it for your loved ones, or for your guests.
To make lasagna, you need 12 pieces of lasagna, 1 chicken breast, half a kilo of champignons, 200 ml of cream, 200 g of mozzarella, 200 g of parmesan, 1 l of milk, 3 tbsp. flour, 120 g butter, one egg and nutmeg.
First of all, following the lasagna recipe, you need to remove the chicken meat from the bone, and cut it into medium-sized fibers.
Cut the champignons into medium slices and fry them in butter until golden.
Then add chicken meat to the mushrooms and fry everything together for another 5 minutes.
Then fill it all with sour cream and cream, mix, and keep on fire until thickened.
Then, pour the bechamel sauce into the form, put the lasagna leaf on top, then chicken with mushrooms, sprinkle it all with grated cheese, and pour the bechamel sauce.
Repeat all this twice more, pour the remaining sauce, grate the cheese on top, and put in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes.
To prepare the sauce you will need 120 g of butter, 1 liter of milk, 3 tbsp. tablespoons flour, a pinch of nutmeg, salt, black pepper.
Milk is mixed with butter over a fire, add flour, and stir so that there are no lumps. Then add nutmeg, black pepper and salt.
