JAPANESE METHOD AGAINST KAIZEN LAZY OR PRINCIPLE OF 1 MINUTE
“A new life will begin on Monday, I’ll go to the gym, do yoga, do sports, do some abs ...” - each of us periodically sets goals that cannot be achieved next month, for several months, year, We do not want us to have a heavy load.
Sometimes we start to fulfill our plan, but, unfortunately, we can’t, for example, 3 times a week in the gym for several hours. Why is this happening? Because the load is big, because it bothers.
Kaizen Method or One Minute Principle
There is a Japanese kaizen methodology, in which the principle of “one minute” is laid. The principle of this technique is that a person is engaged in a specific business for exactly one minute. This is very small, which means it is easy to do for any person. Laziness will not get in your way. You can use this function for the time you receive.
Trying on a skipping rope, downloading a press, doing gymnastics for the eyes, doing yoga, reading a book in a foreign language - when time is limited to one minute, classes do not seem easy for you to do, and vice versa, bring joy and satisfaction. As a result, small results have been achieved.
This means that you feel success and victory. Inspired by a sense of success, you gradually increase the number of minutes of classes for five minutes and so on. Then quietly go up to a half-hour class. Progress is evident!
Kaizen originated in Japan. The word itself is compound, and includes the other two - “kai” (“change”) and “zen” (wisdom). The author of this management concept is Masaaki Imai. He believes that this is a real philosophy that can be equally successfully applied both in business and in personal life.
In the western part, there is an opinion that without great efforts good results cannot be achieved. It can be a broken person and remain inconclusive. The kaizen principle will suit everyone. For example, they use a strategy of gradual and continuous improvement in the field of management.
To practice the application of the kaizen technique in practice.
