Mushrooms with herbs in white wine
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon of olive oil
700 g fresh mushrooms
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 cup dry white wine
2 cloves of garlic, grind salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons chopped fresh green onions
Cooking:
Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Place the mushrooms in a pan, season with Italian seasoning and fry for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
Add wine and garlic in a skillet and continue cooking until most of the wine has evaporated. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with finely chopped green onions and continue cooking for another 1 minute.
