Ingredients:
400 g cream cheese
250 g cheese tacos with cheese flavor or cheese cake,
4 cups margarine or butter,
2 tablespoons of milk,
400 g cream cheese, melted.
For serving:
corn chips
pickled peppers
stuffed peppers olives,
Red pepper,
stuffed olives
chopped beets
straw carrots,
assorted crackers,
green bell peppers
Cooking:
Combine cream cheese, tacos with cheese and margarine in a large bowl.
Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Add milk to the cheese mixture and beat thoroughly with an electric mixer at medium speed until you get a thick, homogeneous mixture.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4 to 24 hours.
When time passes, form the cheese mixture into balls in the shape of a head and put on a dish.
In a bowl, whip the remaining cream cheese until smooth.
Lubricate the resulting “heads” with softened cream cheese and begin to decorate.
Place the chips in the shape of ears.
Using a wooden toothpick, attach the pickled pepper for the nose, stuffed with pepper olives - for the eyes and for the toes, you can add more pepper in order to make long claws.
Cut pieces of sweet pepper in the shape of a zigzag for eyebrows.
Shredded beets, preferably in the form of spirals or straws, use for hair and insert carrot sticks in the form of teeth. Serve with crackers.
