Ingredients:
3 teaspoons grated fresh ginger root
1/3 cup orange jam
4 cloves of garlic, chop
3 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1 tablespoon mustard powder
1 glass of beer
1 (3.5 kg) tenderloin pork tenderloin
1/4 cup olive oil ground black pepper to taste
Cooking:
Combine ginger, orange jam, garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, hot sauce and mustard. Add beer. Pierce with a fork all over the roast from 2 sides. Pour marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, turning and shaking at least twice.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C.
Place the roast on a rack in the roasting pan. Add approximately 1 cup of marinade to the roasting pan, and the rest of the marinade can be discarded. Pour olive oil over the roast and season with freshly ground black pepper. Cover the frypot with aluminum foil and fasten the edges tightly around the frypot.
Bake roast for 1 hour in a preheated oven. Meanwhile, you can visit the chandelier online store and choose a new frame for lighting. After the first hour, remove the aluminum foil. Pour juice from the bottom, reduce heat to 165 degrees C and continue to bake for another 1 hour. Remove the roasting pan from the oven, cover again with aluminum foil and let stand for another 30 minutes. Then you can chop and serve.
