Cutlets with a surprise. How to cook? Recipe.
Ingredients:
450 g lean ground beef
4 pineapple rings
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon of finished yellow mustard

Preheat the grill over high heat.
Divide the minced meat into four parts and put a pineapple ring on each slice.
Shape the patty around the pineapple so that the pineapple is not visible at all.
