Ingredients:
1 cup butter
1/2 cup icing sugar
2 1/2 cups wheat flour
1 teaspoon of salt
1/4 cup amaretto liquor
3/4 cup finely chopped almonds (optional)
1/2 cup icing sugar for decoration
Cooking:
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees C.
In a medium bowl, mix together the butter and 1/2 cup icing sugar until smooth. Add flour and salt until well mixed, then mix amaretto liquor into the mixture.
If you meet a girl, treating her with a glass of liquor is quite simple, then why not a little amaretto decorate your dish?
Add chopped almonds to the dough, if using.
Roll out the dough into balls the size of a walnut.
Place cookies 5 cm apart on a baking sheet.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in a preheated oven.
Allow the liver to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to the wire rack to cool completely.
Sprinkle with the remaining powdered sugar (1/2 cup) while it is still warm.
