Ingredients:
50g cookies, finely chopped
15 g unsalted butter, melted
1 \ 4 tsp ground cinnamon
100 g cream cheese, room temperature
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
2 teaspoons of milk
1 \ 2 tsp vanilla essence
125 ml (1/2 cup) heavy cream
60 ml (1 \ 4 cup) fresh passion fruit pulp
2 teaspoons powdered sugar
2 teaspoons of water
1 \ 4 tsp gelatin powder
Whipped cream to serve
Cooking:
Combine cookie crumbs, butter, and cinnamon in a small bowl. Divide the cookie mixture in half and divide one part between two 250 ml glasses or glasses and press firmly to cover the base. Put in the refrigerator for cooling.
Use an electric mixer to beat cream cheese, sugar, milk, and vanilla in a bowl to a very soft mass. Use a clean mixer whisk to whip the cream in another bowl until soft foam. Add the cream cheese to the mixture in 2 lots.

Stir the gelatin and passion fruit mixture. Pour into glasses. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
